The course will focus on the current DfE policy and SFA processes for SEND provision and good practice in meeting SEND learners' needs. This training event will explore the implications of skills devolution in the third sector for organisations that work in partnership with prime contract holders. Many local authority adult learning services work with community organisations to reach those residents furthest from the workplace. Sub -contracting arrangements are also in place to deliver skills provision including apprenticeships and vocational qualifications.
