Everybody working in the Further Education and Training sector who wants to understand more about Tourette Syndrome.

Training aim

This webinar will assist with understanding more about Tourette Syndrome and its impact on the lives of individuals.  We will share best practice on support strategies for those with the condition. 

Outcomes

  • Gain an understanding of what Tourette Syndrome is.
  • Destroy some of the myths about Tourette Syndrome.
  • Recognise signs and symptoms of Tourette Syndrome.
  • Gain an understanding of what support, therapies and treatment is available.
  • Discuss strategies to support learners to overcome barriers to learning, SEND support and support transition.
