East of England Practice Development Group Dissemination Event (Code: C1132)
This Practice Development Group (PDG) dissemination event will share the project outcomes of several groups of FE teachers working in the East of England.
Those attending will hear about a variety of strategies, techniques and resources that can be used to aid and support the development of new approaches to teaching and embedding of maths, English or ESOL. The event will also explore how digital technologies can be used to support online delivery of these subject areas.

The event is for anyone who teaches, maths, English and ESOL or who has a need to embed these subject areas onto the curriculum.
Training aim
Those attending will hear about a variety of strategies, techniques and resources that can be used to aid and support the development of new approaches to the teaching and embedding of maths, English and ESOL. The use of digital technologies to support online learning will also be looked at.
Outcomes
Participants will have an understanding of range of tools, techniques and strategies to support the delivery of maths, English and ESOL.
Participants will also have an understanding about how collaborative practice between practitioners can support and develop teaching and learning practices.
Length
The event will take place between 4pm and 6pm on Wednesday 21 April 2021.
