Leadership and your SEND organisation (Code: C1149)

As the CEO Principals of the three colleges leading Centres for Excellence in SEND, we have been working with senior leaders across the post-16 sector for two years. We have different approaches, but all have a culture with inclusion at the heart. We will share insights gained from the leadership conversations we have had and explore how you and your organisation might also benefit.

Joining us, is the National Development Team for inclusion (NDTi), with a focus on The Preparing for Adulthood (PfA). We will explore approaches of delivering better outcomes together and share experiences.
