How to coordinate mentoring and coaching programmes effectively in Further Education (Code: C1210)

This course is designed to support coordinators of mentoring and coaching programmes for teachers and trainers in Further Education organisations.

•Leaders/managers in charge of coordinating mentoring/coaching programmes

Training aim

The aim of this course is to support those with responsibilities for mentoring coordination to raise the quality of the mentoring programme within their FE organisation.   

Outcomes

To introduce learners to the key responsibilities of a mentoring coordinator.

To support learners to recognise how effective mentoring coordination can improve the quality of the mentoring programme.

To explain what support mentoring coordinators need to be successful in their role.

Length

Three weeks, a total of six hours.
