Who is this for?

This day trains Skylark team leads (and team members where possible) from organisations who are joining the #APConnect Skylark Pathway.

Training aim

The aim is to induct Skylark Pathway team leaders (and team members where possible) into practical approaches to building professional communities and hosting network events. APs will learn how to facilitate Ideas Rooms and Action Learning Sets.

Outcomes

You will have the knowledge and confidence to:

  • Organise, market, host and evaluate professional network events.
  • Organise, market, facilitate and evaluate Ideas Rooms and Action Learning Sets.

Length

This session will be on Zoom: 10am - 4.30pm 



Entry Requirements

Participants will have been selected onto the #APConnect Skylark Pathway following an application process.

Technical requirements

We recommend that each member of the team accesses the Zoom from their own account and physical space, as we will be using breakout rooms.

A headset with microphone is desirable, to minimise background noise.

Please use a laptop/computer and the Zoom app if possible. Please make sure you have updated to the latest version of Zoom, as this may affect your ability to participate fully.
