This workshop includes a Q&A/discussion session, to give attendees the chance to share their thoughts and gain a deeper understanding of how taking on a young person with SEND will diversify and strengthen their workforce.

Training aim
You will learn about the process of taking on - and the day-to-day life of working with - a young person with SEND, as well as the positive impact having a diverse workforce can have on your business.
