Training aim

To introduce you to the English and Maths MiDES report, and share how through analysis of this data conclusions can be drawn that can improve the quality of their English and Maths provision.

Outcomes

The objectives of this course are: to:

  • introduce you to the English and Maths MiDES report format and content
  • show you how you can use the reports to understand the nature of your college's learner population
  • use the MiDES data to evaluate your English and maths provision
  • identify areas for improvement and monitor impact, including the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.
