Who is this for?

Hosted at the 7 Brothers Middlewood-Locks-Beerhouse, you will be able to hear directly from a range of businesses who have already benefited from our co-created learning programme. You'll also meet the neurodiverse learners who have secured long term employment because of employers like you who are willing to embrace disability confidently.

Training aim

The purpose of this conference and networking event is an opportunity for you to hear directly from businesses who have benefited from this approach. The event will take place at 7 Brothers premises with a particular focus on

 • Making reasonable adjustments to ensure a safe and inclusive working environment

• Staff Culture - ensuring all staff members embrace inclusivity
