Microsoft software has accessibility features built in that will improve the expereince of all and enable individuals to access information and content, and create work that fulfils their potential.

In this session we will show where to find them, what to do and how to make the best use of them.

You may never see MS Windows or Office 365 the same again!

Who is this for?

This training is for anyone leading, planning, delivering, and/or supporting curriculum in further education and training who uses the Microsoft suite of software.

Training aim

To enable teachers, educators, and supporters to be aware of, locate and utilise the accessibility features of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote to support teaching, learning and assessment for all learners.

  2. To be able to utilise accessibility features
  3. To be able to demonstrate accessibility features to learners and colleagues

Length

120 mins (for full MS Suite session) or 60 mins (for bitesize sessions focussed on specifc pacakages e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Teams)
