Who is this for?
This workshop is one of a series of innovation workshops designed for FES Senior Leaders.
If you are looking to think, design, plan and adopt innovative approaches for your strategic direction, this workshop will help equip you with the relevant skills and tools to make effective change within your organisation.
This workshop equips leaders to think beyond basic policy and employee assistance programmes, and gets them to consider wider and impactful approaches towards facilitating wellbeing in their organisation
Course attendees will be equipped with the relevant knowledge and information to evaluate their organisation, and develop a nuanced approach to support its workforce. In addition to building a more motivated workforce the benefits of this are increased staff retention, reduced staff sickness absences and reduced costs
The session will run from 10am to 4pm
