Who is this for?
In this workshop we seek to engage with Further Education College Executive Leaders who have an interest in supporting the diverse Executive pipeline of Executive Leaders.
Training aim
The key focus will be on historic leadership professional development and what the current and future needs are. The webinar will engage CEOs & Principals in a discussion on the solutions and collective action ETF and the Further Education sector can take to build a diverse Executive leadership pipeline. This will support the design of a new module Leading in 21 st Century, aimed to compliment ETF’s current Executive Leadership offer.
Outcomes
Delegates who attend this online webinar will support the further development of Tier 1 Executive Leadership Development to enhance the ETF Strategic Offer for General Further Education CEOs/Principals.

75 minute workshops held online on Zoom.
Entry Requirements
The only requirement is to be a serving CEO or Principal in a GFE college in England.
