Who is this for?

This session is for all FE practitioners and anyone whose work involves producing an employability curriculum for learners with an EHCP.

Training aim

The training aim of this session is to explore the review of the Gatsby Benchmarks, and show how the Benchmarks can be used to create a comprehensive employability curriculum for learners with an EHCP. 

Outcomes

You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the Gatsby Benchmarks, and how to use these to inform your employability curriculum and prepare learners with SEND for their careers.
