This programme consists of six modules aligned with the ETF's Professional Standards for Leadership. Who is this for?

 This course is ideal for new and current middle leaders in the FE and Skills sector, including both academic and professional services staff. It is particularly suited to those with limited previous management training, as well as experienced managers looking to refine and expand their leadership capabilities.

Length

Entry Requirements

  Participants should hold a teaching, training, or assessing role in the post-16 education and training sector. This programme is designed for those in middle leadership positions who have responsibility and accountability for a functional area or curriculum department and the performance of a team.
