Who is this for?

This session is for all FE practitioners, careers advisors and anyone working to improve the outcomes of learners with SEND.

Training aim

To equip educators and Careers Advisors with the knowledge and tools to support learners with SEND in achieving their career aspirations, while also supporting the effective implementation of the Gatsby Benchmarks.

Outcomes

By the end of this session, you will:

  • Develop an understanding of the resources available to support learners with SEND in making progress toward their career aspirations.
  • Learn how to effectively use Compass for benchmarking careers activities, enabling you to track and enhance career development opportunities for your learners.
