Who is this course for?
Packages will support organisations who are already on the Register of Apprentice Assessment Organisations or have applied to join the register for one or more standards.
You should be a decision maker or key influencer in your organisation to allow you to fully participate and take forward the outcomes from the day.
You will use a number of models and action plans during the day which will be available to use in your own organisation after the event.
The package will equip you to take action in supporting, developing and growing the services you offer, or are intending to offer to employers and apprenticeship providers.
You will spend time exploring:
- How to define your end to end customer journey and the key touchpoints
- How to create, test and refine your assessment instruments
- How to cost your assessment service model
Length of the course
This package of support includes:
- One-day workshop
- Four weeks later, a one-hour on-line practice sharing/ action-planning session with the programme facilitators and fellow delegates
- Access to a series of resources on specific topics
This package is open to all interested organisations in line with suggested audience.
You should be in a leadership position that will allow you to take or influence decisions on the implementation of your organisation's end-point assessment service.
You should understand the apprenticeship reforms, apprenticeship standards and assessment plans for which you have applied or are on the register.
