Digital Skills Enhancement Programme

This course will give you an understanding of the context for developing digital skills for content creation to create digital content for a blended model of provision within the Team Leading/Management sector. You will explore how to create online learner sessions which can be run as live training sessions or embedded on an LMS/VLE, and offline content will also be explored to show how to create interactive and engaging content for use on a range of devices.

Training aim

To increase your confidence in the use of digital technologies in creating online and offline resources to enhance training sessions, making them fun and interactive for learners. There will also be the opportunity to experience fun digital games for use in face to face deliver and live remote training as well as considering the ethical and legal implications of using digitalised content.

Outcomes

You will have the knowledge and confidence to:

identify and access key tools needed to work digitally
evaluate and use appropriate digital tools
understand ethical and legal implications of using digitalised content.
