A collaborative development process that will work closely with you and your colleagues to identify challenges and potential improvement that can be made in how study programmes are planned, monitored and delivered, paying particular attention to: Initial learner assessments Monitoring Progress Identifying and implementing interventions Communication amongst colleagues We will then develop a tailored intervention that will address any identified challenges.

Who is this course for?

This programme is open to any SFA funded learning provider delivering vocational study programmes. 

Training aim

The aim of this programme is to develop sustainable process that will put providers in position to continuously monitor and improve learner progress in study programmes. 

Outcomes

Learning outcomes for the programme will be decided as part of scoping activity.

Length of the course

Programme is built around an initial half day consultancy to unpick and identify where improvements can be made.  This will be followed by one day of face to face consultancy to go through possible solutions and a final, third day, to review impact and what next steps might be.  

In between face to face consultancy ongoing support will be available. 

All dates are flexible and subject to negotiation. 

Entry Requirements

The provider should be delivering and receive funding for study programmes.
