This webinar will provide real life feedback from employers who have recently commented on their experience of dealing with apprenticeship providers. It will provide anecdotes and comments and build these into a 'dos and don'ts list' which will form the basis of a development workshop for provider staff in the coming months.


You will have the knowledge and confidence to improve the customer service skills of frontline staff to ensure that they say the right things to employers when they are calling for information about apprenticeships.
