FESLP Alumni Event 2019

We believe that when programme alumni continue to share their learning and leadership insights within the organisational system and beyond, this develops leaders' capability. This is an opportunity for alumni from all FESLP cohorts to gather to share news, ideas, recruit support for their projects and run 'open space' sessions to continue to sustain the entrepreneurial spirit associated with the programme.

Outcomes

The FESLP is designed to ensure that FE Principals and CEOs have the skills and tools required to respond to the leadership challenges that continue to grow in size and scale. It applies thinking about leadership in the context of them as individuals, their organisation and the sector as a whole. There will be contributions from both members of the Further Education and Higher Education sectors.
