T Levels: Employer-led Information, Advice and Guidance workshop for the Construction sector (*session 1 of 2) (Code: C0628)
This 2-hour employer led session will provide an update on Drone use within the Construction sector. This workshop will be delivered by practitioners from the Association of Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems. Participants will gain an understanding of the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to progress into skilled employment, and the challenges faced by the sector to better inform students when offering impartial high quality careers advice and guidance.
Who is this for?
The session is designed for all staff involved in T Level delivery; this includes course leaders, lecturers, trainers, teachers, assessors, curriculum planners and managers.
*Please note this session is part 1 of 2 workshops on the 27 January at the Grimsby Institute. Attendees are advised to also book the Practice and Development session at 1:00-3:00pm (lunch is included when attending both sessions).

1. The role of ARPAS within the Construction sector
2. The challenges faced by employers that work with Drone technology
3. Employment and progression opportunities that exist working with Drones
4. The skills, knowledge and behaviours required from employees working with Drones.
