T Levels: Employer-Led Information, Advice and Guidance workshop for the Construction sector (*session 1 of 2)

This employer-led session will provide an update on key developments within the Construction sector delivered by Waterman Aspen. Participants will gain an understanding of the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to progress into skilled employment, and the challenges faced by the sector in order to better inform students when offering impartial careers information, advice and guidance.

Who is this for?

The session is designed for all staff involved in T Level delivery; this includes course leaders, lecturers, trainers, teachers, assessors, curriculum planners and managers.

*Please note this session is part 1 of 2 workshops on the 6 December at New College Durham. Attendees are advised to also book the Practice and Development session at 10:45-12:00pm. 


By the end of this session you will better understand:

1. The role of Waterman Aspen within the Construction sector

2. The challenges faced by employers within the Construction sector

3. Employment and progression opportunities that exist within the Construction sector

4. The skills, knowledge and behaviours required by employees in the Construction sector.
