T Levels: Employer-led workshops for the Education sector

Peter Kelly is a senior psychologist with responsibility for external stakeholder engagement around work-related stress, health and well-being. He provides technical expertise on mental health promotion, health and well-being, and work-related stress prevention for the new Work and Health unit. Peter advises several psychosocial interventions across several European projects and is currently the European Academy Occupational Health Psychologist Conference Practitioner Chair.

Who is this for?

The session is designed for all staff involved in T Level delivery; this includes course leaders, lecturers, trainers, teachers, assessors, curriculum planners, and managers.

Training aim

This event will raise awareness of current practice in preparation for T Level delivery. You will develop your knowledge and understanding of current industry practice in preparation for T Level delivery, to ensure that there is a clear line of sight to work embedded in classroom teaching and learning.


The outcome of the information, advice and guidance workshop:

  • Develop communication methods
  • Understand the current methods used
  • How mental health is being addressed in the workplace
  • Use new skills guided by the Health and Safety Executive.

The outcome of the practice and development workshop:

  • Develop communication methods
  • Access expert guidance whilst in a set scenario
  • Use new skills guided by the Health and Safety Executive.


Each workshop will run for 2 hours and lunch will be provided. It is highly recommended that you attend both sessions.
