Who is this for?

This session is aimed at those with strategic or quality responsibility in post-16 education settings including senior leadership teams, leaders, managers and delivery teams who enact the organisation's overall strategy.

Training aim

Derby College will share their own successes and failures and discuss how they have harnessed their organisational strategy to effect change for all learners.

Outcomes

By placing learners with SEND at the heart of Derby College's 2014/2017 Strategy, a movement was started in their organisation beyond SEND towards inclusion.

Participants will leave the session with a clear intent, what they need to review, revise, change or share as good practice across the post-16 sector.
