Course Summary

After this past year and a half we need kindness and patience at work like never before. These three hour long focus group sessions will explore how we use trauma-informed approaches to our work with learners, parents/carers and with colleagues. We will take time to explore how by listening deeply to each other we might increase time and space for kind working practices.
