Course Summary

City College Norwich will be sharing their effective practice of how the national occupational Standards have guided them to quality assure and improve. They will show you how they use the intent implementation and impact from the EIF to focus learning support activity. Through staff skills audit they are able to allocate support well and understand gaps to train staff.
