Course Summary

Developing the English skills of learners remains a key challenge for providers, and learning support staff have a big role to play. This course will develop the confidence, knowledge and skills of those supporting learners to help them understand clearly what reading and speaking skills learners need to know - and how to support them in developing it. Based on brand-new research, it offers a blended learning approach with three other modules available.
