This course will train curriculum leaders to support their staff to find opportunities to exemplify and promote British values in the curriculum. It will also provide training on the duty to challenge extremism including hate speech and approaches to teaching critical thinking. Please note that these topics are also covered in the Prevent for Safeguarding Officers course.

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) provides an equality and diversity in-house training course. This deals with the legal requirements of the Equality duty and also good practice in relation to Equality and Diversity. The course is facilitated by highly experienced FE and training staff who have led on Equality and Diversity in their provider organisations. Training can be tailored to your organisation's particular needs.

Prevent duty and British values course for apprenticeship providers. This course sets out the Prevent duty and Ofsted requirements for apprenticeship providers and supports staff in identifying how these can be implemented in a workplace environment.

The Survive or Thrive workshops introduce delegates to an empirically tested model that helps identify the wide range of factors that can impact our psychological wellbeing.

It provides an opportunity to think about how and where to intervene to support us to thrive rather than just about survive.
