A two day intensive course to provide training in the requirements of the Prevent duty including: the referral process; identifying extremism; challenging extremism and hate speech. This will also cover keeping learners and staff safe online and promoting and exemplifying British values. The course is run by Selina Stewart, the Prevent lead at ETF and Polly Harrow, student services manager at Kirklees College and Chair of NAMSS.

This is a generic 20 hour pedagogy course aimed at supporting staff involved in technical teaching and the delivery of T Levels.

This course has 8 modules and will follow a blended delivery style, to include a pre-course Zoom meeting, 2 day face-to-face workshop, and a post-course Zoom meeting.

There will be some technical input focussed on delivery of the first three T Levels in modules 5 and 6. However, this will be tailored to meet the needs of all participants.
