BackOldham College is joined by Oldham-based employers who will share their experiences and discuss the benefits - to both the candidate with SEND and the employer - of using video CVs in the recruitment process.
This workshop includes a Q&A/discussion session, to give attendees the chance to share their thoughts and gain a deeper understanding of how the use of video CVs will diversify and strengthen their workforce, and create a more inclusive and innovative recruitment process.

Who is this for?
This event is for employers, colleges and independent training providers, as well as educationalists and recruitment specialists working with people with SEND.
Training aim
The aim of this event is to demonstrate how to enable candidates with SEND to stand out in the competitive jobs market through the use of video CVs.
Outcomes
You will have the knowledge and confidence to:
- develop an awareness of the impact of the pandemic on the recruitment market and the barriers now facing candidates with SEND
- understand the benefits of using video CVs for both employers and candidates with SEND
- provide an opportunity to make the recruitment process more inclusive through the use of video CVs.
