Outcomes

On this course, you will:

  • explore how understanding the memory process and how we learn can help us when designing the curriculum and planning learning
  • explore strategies for improving 'Working Memory' and helping learners to understand how they learn best
  • investigate a range of deeper learning strategies designed to help learners retrieve information more easily.

By the end of this course, you will be able to identify possible ways in which both your Scheme of Learning and classroom practice can be adjusted to provide more opportunities for deeper learning.
