This networking event is specifically for senior leaders in FE providers. It is likely that you will hold a role of Director, Head of or Assistant Principal.

Leadership in FE - Anju Virdee, National Head of Leadership Development at ETF will lead the welcome and introduction to ETF discuss what it takes to be a leader in FE and what is means to lead from self.

The Psychology and Neuroscience of High Performing Leadership - Hear from key note speaker R. Michael Anderson on The Psychology and Neuroscience of High Performing Leadership. With his background in psychology and neuroscience, he transforms managers into true leaders with high-performing teams in high-growth companies. 

Innovation in Action - Matt Atkinson, MD of FE Associates will lead a session on 'Innovation in Action' aimed specifically at senior leaders.

A view from above - Phil Cook OBE, ex-CEO and NLFE with a previous track record in college change management and 20 years of experience in FE improvement sharing his thoughts on what CEO's need from their senior managers.

A senior leader, from any discipline or background, in Further Education.
