The British Inspiration Trust's annual BRIT Challenge to support and improve the mental health, fitness, and wellbeing, of your community. (Code: C1652)
We hope to show how the BRIT Challenge can be an example of how we develop employability skills of learners through the use of enterprise challenges and teamwork enhancing activities. Many College Group Principals and Principals have commented on how the BRIT Challenge has positively impacted on the lives of learners and staff; providing evidence for Ofsted (Personal Development).Colleges also embraced completing 23 Acts of Kindness in the Community this year, alongside wellbeing activities, which increased volunteering and strengthened relationships within the community.
