The ETF has launched a series of Leading Innovation workshops for leaders in the FE and Skills sector to support across a range of themes to promote innovation and support leaders to implement and embed projects to improve outcomes.
Both the Winter and Summer series of the Leading Innovation workshops will be delivered by sector experts, membership bodies and our trusted partners to bring you the best learning and CPD opportunities.
These one day, face to face, workshops cover a range of topics on the theme of Innovation.

The delegate fee for each Leading Innovation workshop is £50.

Subsidised Places
For Department for Education (DfE) funded courses there is a limited number of places offered to participants fully subsided. The fully subsidised places are fully funded by the DfE, the participant and / or their provider pay £0. These places are offered to ensure greater diversity on high quality CPD. To qualify the participant must either:
- Consider themself to have a disability.
- Come from black or minority ethnic community.
- Work in an organisation with an annual turnover of less than £500,000.

Who is this for?
This workshop is one of a series of innovation workshops designed for FES Senior Leaders.
If you are looking to think, design, plan and adopt innovative approaches for your strategic direction, this workshop will help equip you with the relevant skills and tools to make effective change within your organisation.
Training aim
This workshop equips leaders to think beyond basic policy and employee assistance programmes, and gets them to consider wider and impactful approaches towards facilitating wellbeing in their organisation
Outcomes
Course attendees will be equipped with the relevant knowledge and information to evaluate their organisation, and develop a nuanced approach to support its workforce. In addition to building a more motivated workforce the benefits of this are increased staff retention, reduced staff sickness absences and reduced costs
