Who is this for?

In this session, we seek to engage with CEOs and aspiring CEOs of further education colleges and independent training providers.

Training aim

The key focus will be on the role of leaders as 'place makers’ within the context of an increasingly ethnically diverse Britain, and how this is playing out within their communities. It invites delegates to engage with research to support them to consider the type of leadership needed to leverage up the moral, social and business opportunities associated with dramatic changes to local demographics.

Outcomes

Delegates who attend this online webinar will find this session invaluable in considering their role in nurturing organisations that reflect a contemporary, equitable and representative post-Brexit Britain. They will be able to take away some practical tools and resources from a highly interactive session, facilitated by expert trainer with lived experience.

Length

75 minute workshops held online on Zoom.

Entry Requirements

The only requirement is to be a serving CEO or aspiring senior leader in a GFE college in England.
