This Natspec-run community of practice brings together professionals working with learners with SEND from across the FE sector. We will be facilitating themed discussions on a variety of topics related to understanding and supporting learners who display behaviours of concern. Topics include, understanding what ‘behaviours of concern’ are and how to identify triggers and appropriate strategies. Together, with examples of good practice and professionals from across the specialist sector sharing their knowledge, we can produce realistic, workable solutions to current challenges.
