Oldham College - Centres for Excellence in SEND: Curriculum - Community of practice: Using the Gatsby Benchmarks to prepare learners with SEND for employment (Code: C1714)

This session is for educators and employers who work with, or who are planning to work with, students with SEND. 

This session will outline the different Gatsby Benchmarks and how to approach these creatively in a way that supports SEND learners - both for having an understanding of the world of work, and for helping them to secure employment.

Attendees will gain an awareness of how to approach the different Gatsby Benchmarks. They will also have the opportunity to work with other attendees to plan how to embed and utilise the Gatsby Benchmarks within their organisation(s).
