Who is this for?
This Community of practice session is for educators and employers who work with, or who are planning to work with, students with SEND.
Training aim
The aim of this session is to outline innovative ways of engaging employers, and to encourage discussion and idea sharing around this topic.
Outcomes
Attendees will gain an awareness of how to innovatively engage employers. They will have the opportunity to work with other attendees, to share ideas and plan their own employer engagement strategy.
Employers will also gain an insight into how they can work with educators to give young people with SEND work opportunities.
