Delivering professional and impactful presentations is a requirement of many leadership and management roles in the FE and skills sector today. During this one day workshop delegates will build their confidence and skills to design and deliver presentations that are high-impact and engaging. By thinking innovatively about presentations, delegates will learn about the art, science and psychology of presentations and through a series of practical activities they will build their skills and leave the session with new and ideas and a new found confidence for future success.

Subsidised Places

For Department for Education (DfE) funded courses there is a limited number of places offered to participants fully subsided.  The fully subsidised places are fully funded by the DfE, the participant and / or their provider pay £0. These places are offered to ensure greater diversity on high quality CPD. To qualify the participant must either:​

  • Consider themself to have a disability.​
  • Come from black or minority ethnic community.​
  • Work in an organisation with an annual turnover of less than £500,000.​

Who is this for?

This one day interactive workshop is designed for leaders and managers from across FE and training organisations who wish to enhance and develop their professional presentation skills. 

Training aim

This workshop aims to enhance delegates presentation skills, enabling them to develop a winning formula for successful presentations. This includes focusing on innovative approaches to presentation delivery that align with the needs and expectations of the further education and skills sector.

Specifically, the workshop seeks to address various aspects of presentation skills, such as content creation, delivery techniques, and the use of innovative approaches. By providing insights into effective presentation strategies, this workshop aims to empower colleagues to communicate their ideas with impact.
