Community of Practice 'Leading and Motivating SEND Practitioners' - The Role of a Mentor and how it is Fundamental for Learners with Autism (Code: C1722)
This Weston College led community of practice brings together professionals working with learners with SEND from across the FE sector. We will be facilitating themed discussions on a variety of topics related to leading and motivating SEND practitioners, with this particular session focussing on the role of a mentor and how it is fundamental for learners with autism. This collaborative session will provide the opportunity for SEND professionals to discuss current challenges as well as share knowledge and examples of good practice.
