Who is this for?

For finance managers and leaders who are serious about moving beyond good intentions to sustainable change, by cultivating an ethical leadership that is radically candid and fuelled by thinking differently and collectively about professional relationships.

Training aim

This immersive network curates and highlights the latest research findings on leading and managing finance teams and provides opportunities for you to work with peers to interrogate and contextualise research findings. You’ll also explore one live case study.

You’ll immerse yourself in practical learning tasks from the ETF’s new online ‘Finance Leaders and Managers Programme’ and examine how you can adapt and use these tasks to grow and nurture your finance team. You will be encouraged to establish sustainable professional relationships for knowledge exchange and support. This new approach to networking is essential for sustaining long-term thinking across short-term projects.
