Who is this for?

This session is for all FE practitioners, and anyone working with learners with SEND to support their mental wellbeing in the transition to the workplace.

Training aim

The training aim of this session is to consider strategies that support learners with SEND to develop and maintain their mental wellbeing, enabling them to thrive in a workplace environment. 

Outcomes

You will gain the knowledge and confidence to incorporate strategies into your teaching that support mental wellbeing, and to assist learners with their mental wellbeing as they transition into the workforce.
