Who is this for?
For sector first-time leaders or aspiring leader, this module will provide the first opportunity to develop the skills, knowledge and tools to step into a leadership role.
Training aim
Delivered by expert leader Emma Jarman, participants will consider some common well-being challenges experienced by leaders today, reflect on a range of practical tools and resources to enhance personal, team and workplace well-being awareness and practice
In addition to this, they will explore some of the potential benefits of, and approaches to, growing networks for sustainable and collaborative professional development and have considered ways to help “get past knowing but not doing” well-being.
First-time leaders will be supported by Emma to develop their thinking and practice in an environment that builds self-awareness, commitment and leadership confidence.

Length
This Live Online module will take place remotely via Zoom from 10am-1pm. There will be plenty of breaks, pauses to reflect and breakout room discussions.
During the session, participants will have an opportunity to discuss content, whilst forming new relationships and interactions with their peers.
