  • Learn about the characteristics, strengths, and challenges associated with these variations.
  •  Understand how neurodiverse minds perceive and interact with the world differently. 
  • Recognise the importance of creating an inclusive and supportive environment for neurodiverse individuals (staff and customers) .
  •  Develop strategies to retain neurodivergent employees. 
  •  Reasonable Adjustments and Ongoing Support Options.
  • Legal and Ethical Considerations.
  •  Understand the legal requirements for providing reasonable adjustments in the workplace. 
  •  Learn about the ethical importance of accommodating neurodivergent individuals.
  • Develop strategies to create a talent pipeline for neurodivergent individuals.  

Length

10:00-11:30 via teams. This will include a presentation and Q&A session.
