Training aim

The aim of this training is to: 

  • To give an overview of the history of ADHD 
  • For you to gain an understanding of what ADHD is. 
  • For you to understand the many potential causes of ADHD.  
  • For you to understand what different types of ADHD look like in the classroom. 
  • For you to understand philosophies and strategies that can be implemented in the classroom to support learners with ADHD.  

Outcomes

After this training, you should be able to: 

  • Identify what different types of ADHD look like in the classroom. 
  • Identify different philosophies that can help support learners with ADHD. 
  • Implement different personal and classroom strategies that can help manage ADHD in the classroom.

1.5 hours via teams which will include time for questions and answers
