We have different approaches, but all have a culture with inclusion at the heart. We will share insights gained from the leadership conversations we have had and explore how you and your organisation might also benefit.

Who is this for?

CEOs, principals and senior leaders from all types of FE provider.  The content would also be useful to local authority leaders and anybody interested in creating a more inclusive environment within their organisation.

We encourage you to connect and attend with a key partner, such as your LA inclusion lead or Principal of your largest post 16 setting.

Follow up sessions will be available with each of the Centres for Excellence in SEND, either through 1:1s or further workshops.

Training aim

By attending this session, you will hear about approaches to cultural change and senior leaders discussing the challenges and benefits of moving towards creating a more inclusive organisation.
