Who is this for?
Can-Do Maths is a classroom-level programme which aims to improve the engagement and resilience of 16-19-year-old learners in GCSE maths re-sit classes in Further Education colleges.
The programme is for GCSE resit teachers and maths college leads in England General FE colleges who are interested in taking part in the Can-Do Maths intervention.
This programme is open to teachers and colleges in England who:
- teach GCSE maths re-sit classes to learners aged 16-19 in a General Further Education college in England
- did not participate in the Motivation and Engagement large scale action research (CfEM)
- are not participating in any other maths evaluation or trial.
Outcomes
The project is designed to give you valuable tools, strategies, and support to help you effectively motivate and engage your learners.
This is an information webinar providing an overview to the Can-Do Maths programme.
The Can-Do Maths programme aims to benefit teachers to learn strategies that will transform their approach to teaching maths and make a difference in students’ lives.
