Alunmi of the Inclusive Leadership Programme

Training aim

The seminar aims to provide a platform for:

  • alumni to assess their growth, celebrate success, and identify areas for improvement
  • AoC and ETF to gather feedback to inform future practice
  • sharing of best practice amongst delegates to inspire further change within their settings and the sector.

The session will incorporate critical reflection on individual and collective progress and use those insight to support participants in planning the next stage of their impact as leaders.

Entry Requirements

Participants are asked to reflect on:

  • How they made the most of the programme at both individual and organisational levels.
  • What strategies they have used for embedding the learning within their organisation.
  • What barriers they found to sustained impact and how they overcame them.
  • Practical ideas implemented and their success within their organisation.
