This session will be of interest to a variety of people with many role jobs from SEND leaders and managers to curriculum leaders, transition managers, learning support managers and their teams as well as teaching staff and therapists.
Training aim
The aim of the training is to:
- Consider learner profiles and their value in hearing a learner’s voice
- Consider different methods of collecting the learner’s voice
- Consider how effectively you listen to your learners, record their experience and outcomes in your setting and measure the impact of listening
Outcomes
You will have the knowledge and confidence to:
- Evaluate your current methods of collecting the learner’s voice
- Consider how you may challenge an outcome that may not reflect a learner’s voice
- Identify how effectively you listen to your learners, record their experience and outcomes in your setting and measure the impact of listening
