We are committed to ensuring our students with learning difficulties, difference and inclusion needs have their needs met and can thrive independently.  You will hear about our approaches to recruitment and selection, induction and extensive CPD annual plan and hear about our key strategies we expect our LSAs to use, which aids consistency and leads to effective practice.  We will share our training packages and can offer follow up personalised approaches.
